At WholesaleCatalog.in, we operate as a B2B wholesale platform supplying products to retailers, resellers, and bulk buyers. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, our refund policy is structured accordingly.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Refund Policy
- Wholesale orders are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds are only applicable in approved cases of verified manufacturing defects.
- Refund requests must comply with the conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
A refund or exchange may be considered only if:
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
- An unboxing video is provided (mandatory).
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused and in original condition.
All claims are subject to verification by our quality team.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Color variations due to screen resolution or lighting
- Minor design or batch variations
- Change of mind
- Delay caused by courier or customs
- Incorrect address provided by customer
4. Refund Process (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international orders, refund (if approved) will exclude international shipping and customs charges.
5. COD Orders
COD Order Acceptance Policy
- If a COD order is confirmed and dispatched but not accepted at the time of delivery, any advance amount (if paid for booking, shipping, or confirmation) shall be non-refundable.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD facility.
We request customers to place COD orders responsibly to avoid inconvenience and unnecessary logistics costs.
6. International Orders
- International orders are generally not eligible for refund.
- Refund or exchange may be considered only in case of verified manufacturing defect.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before booking confirmation and processing.
- Once an order is booked, confirmed, or processed, cancellation will not be permitted.
- After dispatch, cancellation is strictly not possible under any circumstances.
