1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
- Processing time: 1–4 working days (depending on stock availability).
Bulk orders may require additional time.

- Gujarat: 2–3 working days
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on order weight and location.
- Final charges are confirmed before dispatch.
COD Orders
- COD is available on selected orders.
- If a confirmed COD order is not accepted at delivery, advance shipping/booking charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Repeated refusal may result in COD restriction.

International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, total parcel weight, volumetric weight, and courier partner rates at the time of dispatch. Since shipping costs vary by location and order size, the final shipping amount will be confirmed before order processing. All international shipments require 100% advance payment, including shipping charges.
Please note that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in our shipping fees and must be borne by the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

- WholesaleCatalog.in is not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed by destination authorities.
International Returns
- International orders are generally non-refundable.
- Exchange is allowed only for verified manufacturing defects (with mandatory unboxing video within 48 hours).
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
Incorrect address may result in delivery failure or additional re-shipping charges.
